  6. More Control allows you to quickly and easily access many of those
  7. settings in WIN.INI and SYSTEM.INI that Microsoft did not see fit to
  8. include in the Control Panel dialogs.  Easily change the colors used
  9. by the Windows help engine in displaying hypertext, the alignment of 
  10. drop down menus, the vertical spacing between icons, the font used to 
  11. display icon titles plus many other settings.  Also, an easy to use 
  12. ini file editor is included as part of More Control.

  14. INSTALLATION:

  16. 1. Copy the files morecon.cpl and mcspin.dll to your Windows SYSTEM
  17.    directory.
  18.  
  19. 2. Copy the files morecon.hlp and setfont.exe to your Windows directory.
  20.  
  21. That's it.  From now on, when you run the Control Panel you should 
  22. have an additional icon in the Control Panel window labeled More Control 
  23. which will allow you to access the program.  The online help gives full
  24. details on the program's operation.

  26. For more information on the Windows settings affected by More Control
  27. see the files winini.wri and sysini.wri in your Windows directory.  Also,
  28. refer to the Windows Resource Kit available from Microsoft.

  30. To uninstall More Control simply delete the files mentioned above.  Note 
  31. that uninstalling More Control will NOT return your system settings to 
  32. their state before using More Control.

  47. REGISTRATION INFORMATION
  48. Note that this is a shareware program.  As such, you may use it on a trial
  49. basis for thirty days.  After this time, the program should be registered 
  50. if it is continued to be used.  The cost is $12.50 for the latest version.

  61. you will receive a letter giving you your registration code to eliminate
  62. the register dialog box.

  83. If you are unable to get the More Control icon to appear in the Control
  84. Panel, morecon.exe is provided.  This file lets you run More Control
  85. just like a normal application.  Please do let us know if you are unable
  86. to get the icon to appear so we can try and track down the problem.
